So far, I have planned that we'll only have the big group meeting for the first hour. I just feel like we do really well for the first hour in terms of everyone concentrating and listening to each other, then after that, it descends into chaos/we run out of the things to talk about.
So the first hour will be the group meeting, then the second hour will be separating into groups to go off and do stuff/make plans for the coming week.
I know Kat wants her and Edan to go and work on the IT side of things, while Claire and Dave want to have some one-to-one sessions with people about their stories.
Design could maybe go over cover design ideas or something, and Editorial team could maybe discuss the stories that have been received. (These are just suggestions though!)
In terms of what's on the agenda for the first hour, so far I have:
Bank account: Opening an external bank account - yes or no? Profits: Is everyone happy with Gemma's suggestion to donate any profits made to charity?
