Our prizes so far:
One box of 48 Tunnocks teacakes + wafers
x 2 tickets to Thai boxing at Lagoon Leisure Centre in Paisley
x 1 Charles Rennie Mackintosh jewellery set
x 1 jewellery set
x 2 bottles of champagne
x 1 bottle of Highland Park whisky
x 1 bottle of Burberry Weekend perfume
x 1 bottle of Glee perfume
x 5 bottles of wine
x1 Russian Standard Vodka
x 1 bottle of whisky
I was thinking maybe we should keep a few bottle of wine + a bottle of whisky back for the next event? There's loads of booze but I suppose it'll provide a good incentive! Let me know as I'll make up the sheet tonight.

Hey Kat and co, So Asda being the evil- ahem I mean financially crippled corporation that they are, they can no longer spare the fiver or so in their budget to donate the egg to us, and have told me three days before the event. Fun times. I feel a bit responsible for promising you guys this though, so I'm gonna donate a bottle of champagne which, lets be honest, will go down better anyway. (I personally can't stomach the stuff but was given like 4 bottles for my 21st, can't think of a better way to get rid of one )

Oh also the colleague who I was dealing with has promised to try and get us something for the next event, when Asda will supposedly have more money in its causes pot. We'll see

I think since we have so much booze it might be good to keep a little back

Hey I'll be able to bring some wine and champagne, just to add to this booze-fountain. Also, I was wondering if we'll have a special counter or table to sell our baking at. I wouldn't mind doing selling duty there for part of the night. My mum came up with the idea that maybe we should make "goodie bags" to give away. Does that sound like it might work?

Tony, that would be great if you can bring the champagne.
Jennifer, if you could bring one bottle of wine also, that would be fantastic.
I've made up and printed off the raffle prize sheets now. I think x4 bottles of wine, plus vodka, champagne and whisky is good enough incentive for this one alcohol-wise!

'goodie bags' could easy swallow money we don't yet have - certainly something to think about for the launch event though i.e. if you buy the book today look at all this cool free stuff you get with each copy!

I'm all for goodie bags at the launch event, think that would be a very nice touch, as long as they don't eat money like you said Michelle.
