Okay folks, so we've got Deathcats on board as our third band now! (been listening this afternoon, they're really good!). We just need to let Broadcast know the line-up (which band is on in what order etc) but I should think thats not as pressing, just as long as we give them a list of the bands, and further details, which obviously we discussed on Thurs. Hopefully we can get our social media/posters/stickers sorted soon! Also, we've got Beatrice on board as an attendee, so hopefully she can help spread the word |

Hey, this is the poster I made up for the event. Feel free to print off a few copies each and put them up around uni etc. I will be putting them up tomorrow at union and halls etc if people want to join...also I was thinking of printing off smaller copies as flyers for doors at halls? Hey Rachel, the poster is great!
The only thing is, do you think it will matter that the poster is black/orange, whereas the logo we've put on submissions posters + social media is blue/white? Don't want to confuse folk, but I do like both.

This is great Rachel, thanks so much for offering to do this! The only thing I'd suggest is maybe making the date a little bigger? What do you think. It looks good as it is though, so it's up to you  I don't think the orange will matter too much. Was going to bring in the two logos tomorrow to let everyone see what one they like best. I think the black one's almost more striking actually... and it will differentiate this poster from the other one. I've looked at quite a few companies and they all have more than one logo along a similar theme so think it should be okay |

I do like the black and orange - kind of like flux 'after dark' lol
My only issue is that my poor ink printer is going to struggle to print this.

Kat - I was just wondering did we get permission from broadcast to give out cakes for donations? If we don't get permission for that I was thinking it might be a good idea to do a bake sale on monday and tuesday around the uni to drum up some interest.
btw whoever is doing cupcakes I've found a blue tube of icing that would be good for doing flux swirls
